GoToTraining, just like GoToMeeting, is one of Citrix's cross-platform product. It provides a virtual classroom for live online training and education. This SaaS product not only focuses on video conferencing, but also file management. Since I joined the team, I've been working as the design lead for important new features including Cloud-Based Recording, in-session activities, onboarding flows, etc. In the fast-paced agile environment, we have a fast release cycle too. Every day, I collaborate with awesome teams from Engineering and Product Management to define and prioritize product requirements. I also work with editors to come up with in-product languages, and partner with UX researchers to conduct usability tests. Not just web design, I also designed for iOS app and desktop endpoint.
